Robert Willis introduces Mr. Barkley, but most of his introduction has been deleted. The Senator from Kentucky was the current Majority Leader and future vice president under Truman. Mr. Barkley addresses "The Dapper Dan Club" (a charitable organization with five hundred members) in Pittsburgh.
