6314. Apollo 10. May 18, 1969. Coverage of an eight day journey to Moon orbit to test the L. E. M. (Lunar Excursion Module), rendezvous and docking. The same kind of edited coverage as described in #6307 (Apollo 7), but with much more complete air-to-ground coverage, almost every word said by the astronauts while in flight. With all the newscasts, interviews, progress reports, backgrounds, TV transmissions from space (audio only), etc. and a 1/2 hour NBC-TV net wrap up show (May 26, 1969), a NASA audio news feature on the flight, and a ten minute interview with Chris Kraft. Christopher Kraft. 43 1/2 hours. Audio condition: Excellent. Complete as above.
